Heres How It Works

We come to your location and setup for our onsite grilling. All meat is pre-seasoned with our very own unique barbecue dry rub and is stored at temperatures regulated by Lake County Health Department. Side dishes are refrigerated until shortly before the start of your event. We provide buffett tables, chafing dishes, quality plates, and eating utensils. Our service also includes the catering consultation at no additional cost. Now all you do is supply plenty of hungry guests!

G-Cue On-Site Catering Service is fully liscensed and insured. We are family owned and operated and well on our way to becoming one of Lake County's premier catering services. With a strong conviction for courteous services, we also pride ourselves in quality food with affordable prices. We have four menus for you to choose from.
